PRICE & BOOKING

Is the price per person or per boat?

Prices are for the whole boat, up to its stated capacity. The boat is private for your group; we never add other guests.

What does the price include?

Every tour includes the private boat and crew, fuel for your sea area, lunch, park fees, return hotel transfers, drinks, snorkeling and safety gear, water toys, insurance and route planning. Any extras are quoted before you confirm.

How do I book and pay?

Send your date and group size through the planner, WhatsApp or email. We confirm the route, boat and full price before you decide. A 30% deposit reserves the boat and date, or 50% on peak dates. The balance is due on or before departure day.

What happens if the weather changes?

If AquaTour cancels before departure because conditions are unsafe, choose another available date or receive a full refund of everything paid, including the deposit. The captain and operations manager make the final safety decision.

Why do I choose a sea area?

Sea areas group places with similar travel time and pricing. Choose the kind of day you want, then we shape the route around conditions and your priorities. Already know the islands you want? Add them to your request.

What’s the difference between tour hours and engine hours?

Tour hours are your full time on the boat. Engine hours count only while the boat is moving between stops. Swimming, lunch, beach time and time at anchor are part of your tour with the engines off. Classic routes fit the included engine time; extra time is only for guests who want long, near-continuous cruising.

Can we start from another pier?

Chalong is the included standard departure. We can deliver the boat to seven other Phuket piers and return there after your tour. You pay the boat’s round-trip fuel cost; AquaTour adds no markup. Your hotel transfer to the confirmed pier and back remains included.

ON BOARD

Can young children come?

It depends on the children’s ages, the boat, route and sea conditions. We carry child-size life jackets and can adjust the pace and stops. Tell us their ages when you enquire; we’ll confirm the right setup before you book.

What if someone feels seasick?

If someone feels unwell, the captain can slow down, move into sheltered water or return early. If you are prone to motion sickness, ask a pharmacist or doctor what is suitable before the trip.

Can we bring food and drinks?

Yes. You may bring your own food or alcohol. Please avoid dark-coloured drinks that can stain the deck, and tell us about dietary requirements before the trip. Lunch, water, soft drinks, fruit and one bottle of champagne are already included.

Can we bring a pet?

Possibly. It depends on the animal, boat and route. Tell us the species, size and practical needs when you enquire; we’ll confirm before you book.
